Computer to Plate

Using a combination of the Heidelberg Prinect workflow, Dainippon Screen Thermal Recorder unit, and FujiFilm positive thermal plates, we have created an unbeatable computer-to-plate solution for you.

The advances we offer our clients are:

  • At 200 lpi screen we can hold a 1 to 99 dot
  • Stochastic Screening
  • Inline punching for most presses
  • CIP4 (automatic press ink key control)

Computer to Film

Using FujiFilm XMF Workflow, we output your files to our high-speed FujiFilm Luxel F9000 multi-laser imagesetter, which uses an inverted internal drum – guaranteeing quality and registration.

We can output your film in negative or positive to a maximum size of 1100mm x 925mm run at a resolution of 2438 dpi.

Chase Print Group is able to output film using the traditional AM screen or FujiFilm Stochastic Screening.
